Having 'ragers and the like' in your games isn't saying you can't improve on those games. You could become better at last-hitting or have better map awareness or improve on your build. You can also learn something from dealing with a fed opponent which will sometimes be the case at all elo ranges. You're also forced to play with ragers and the like because they are in every elo range too. I had 1 rager which led to 1 leaver earlier today in this game and I'm at around 1800 elo right now, which some consider higher elo and to be 'better' players-attitude-wise. The best way to deal with them is to not let them get to you and just do your thing. If you lose, too bad you did your best, but if you win, you can pat yourself on the back and be proud you won with a rager on your team. Just let it go and report them afterwards. Besides I find it very much more satisfying winning a 4v5 then a 5v5. Sure this is a rare occurence, but it's still possible by all means.

uhhh you just concentrate on your own play i guess. Remember you can mute people on your team if they overly rage by pressing the speech bubble button on the scoreboard next to their name.

the sad thing is unless riot does some dramatic overhaul, you are always going to get the ragers. The rate seems to be very high in MOBA style games such as this.

I don't really care if I win/lose or when they trash talk each other because that's in any kind of online game. But when it turns into 2 or 3 against 5 not including someone feeding on purpose, it gets a little ARGHHH when I'm slowly understanding the mechanics of the game. >__<;

lol when I get people like that, I just don't say anything and don't choose sides. I pretend I'm mute and just keep playing against the bots since it's just practice anyway. Kinda annoying when people spam the Surrender option though.

Ragers usually diminish when you are level 30 with a few wins under your belt, but yeah you better start getting use to them, the trollers and the leavers since you will see a fair share of them in your LoL games.

And are you finally playing PvP matches or still afraid to do so?

I've been PvPing on another account to get used to it and try out other champs. I need like.... a who, when and where guide for Fling. @__@;

I wouldn't care about any trash talk in a bot game, lol. But argh, some guy wanted to surrender once he knew the Blitz on our team was having his first PvP game. It's silly stuff like this that makes me want to get better but at the same time leaves me wondering why I'm playing at all.

Anyone have a optimal mastery setup for jungle Nocturne?

I tested a 20/10/0 setup on him and it worked well. Though I'm always open for suggestions because I do want an optimal mastery setup for Noc in the end. :3

I have 2 masteries for him, 17/13/0 (for that 6 damage reflect to monster/minions a extra hp per level and start of game) and 17/4/9 (For runic afinity, those 3 extra points in defense are mostly there because i dont find anything else from the Third three to be useful, at least not on that level i got stuck)

I'm using 21/9/0 on Phoenix udyr

Summoners,

We just released a hotfix to address a few bugs. See below for the full release notes:

* Jungle experience increased by 5% to compensate for new mastery trees
* Fixed a bug where spectators would crash if a champion stealths not in the vision of the spectator
* Fixed a bug where Shift + enter does not work in multiple languages
* Fixed a bug where Vayne’s Condemn does not proc Silver Bolts

Low elo = stupid morons, most don't talk though.
Low-mid elo = stupid raging morons.
Mid elo = Finally some reasonable people. Or raging morons whose mothers locked them in their room to play games all day.
Mid-high elo = Probably the least amount of rage? Which isn't saying much because there will still be rage.
High elo = Rage-spree, if initiated. Pro trolling usually happens instead though.

I know people say you can carry yourself out of bad ELO and everything but it's impossible for me if I have a 0/13 talon who feeds top in one game, 1/8 Nunu and 1/10 Alistar in the same game, and a bunch of dcers/rage quitters/trolls on most games... It's always the same, start decently then get focused by the people who got fed.

Edit: Also 80% of my games have had a Fizz today and whenever it's on the enemy team it kicks ass and on mine it sucks :<

It's ok. Just duo-queue. That's 2 good players out of 8 potential bad players in the game on the same team.

This isn't really true, I can't vouch for the low elo part because I've never been below 1100, but for the rest, there are always ragers, leavers, and trollers in seemingly the same ratio's. Although I must say I haven't been above 1800 something either so it might get better still.
