Happy with the Sacrifice change and DI's range increase...
Then I noticed Dragon Wisdom's proc was bumped to 20%

Alone, the f/p buffs are decent, but when compared to i/l changes it's a bit insulting. It's nice that the range of paralyze was also increased, but it's still miniscule compared to chain lightnings max range. I've had my friends chain lightning go off of my screen when he's barely on my screen. It's fine that i/ls are better for consistent damage, but they didn't improve f/ps ability for burst damage, so it's unfair in my opinion. It would've been nice to see them reduce paralyze to 250% per hit and give us 4 hits and change erruption to 450% and 6 hits. Oh well, maybe next time. I'm glad that they gave us our 150% amp back, the crit boost is obviously nice. I'm not all that hyped about the magic guard change and I would have rather them have made it immune to dispel, but it's better than nothing. I'm mostly happy, but feel slighted as well.

Also i r sad about heaven hammer being "Nerfed" (Because thats a fucking NERF). Dunno what the pomegranate changed on CB, im betting they removed the stun chance from the skill.

I think it deals 999,998 PLUS the 1700% now.
Charge Blow's stun was removed but that's pointless because you'll have dual charged lightning on all the time.

90% stun anyway.

Paladin buffs make me happy. The +30% or so over the two charges alone is a nice change, and then giving elements actual reasons to use one over the other if the enemy is neutral is another nice change.

Anyone in KMS still able to let me know how good the DOT is on Flame Charge? Might outmatch Holy Charge on monsters that can be burned and have the health to last through it.

Blast has a nice boost too, about time. It's base damage was barely above ACB before (Like 15% total iirc).

Also, does Seal from Holy Charge work on bosses, or are you still stuck with Magic Crash for that?

Ice already had Freeze.
Thunder got the Stun from CB (Which you have all the time anyway so it's basically a useless change)
It makes sense for Fire to do DOT, since Fire for EVERYBODY else does DOT, as far as I know.
The only one that's weird is Holy, but if everything else is going to have a status, there's no excuse for Holy not to have one.

While I am very happy that they put HS back to 1.5x, AR remains unchanged in that it still won't bend. I'm disappoint.

I don't like at all changes for Heroes.

80 seconds cooldown on Panic? Other jobs like Marksmen can use skills as strong or stronger like 10 times faster. They should have least left it at 30 seconds

Less damage on Enrage and more damage on Brave Slash? No switching ON/OFF enrage yet? useless change,

Only 230% hitbox size and 280% damage on Shout? No animation change? Why hasn't Nexon realized this skill needs to be an ultimate-like skill? Like Dragon roar and Sanctuary. Maybe they think Heroes really use its stunning properties,

2 Att count for final att? Still sucks since it doesn't charge any combo orbs.

This is for all warriors. 95% working chance on Stance and nothing else? For still 30 SP? They at least should have given it some defense properties.

Flame Charge's DOT sucks.
It does your high end damage range on everything, so that means if your range is like 23456, it will do 23456 every second.

For 6(?) seconds, thats about 600% damage no? Rolleyes

Now Consider that in those 6 seconds you are also using Blast/ACB Refreshing/Reapplying that DoT, Doesnt suck so much anymore right? Consider it another Final Attack Monocle

Also can you have only one DoT at a time or multi DoT on the same enemy?
