Because I have 3 thief characters, and the tradability is worth more to me than the extra 2-5% I'd get from kenta's goggles.

This is exactly why i value my 10% racc mask at more than kentas stupid goggles. I just need to 15% acc att the 7 slots and get it to 15%+ legendary and i'm good.
