The 21st point in offense sucks? What the balls? 6% more damage on anyone below 40% is great. Especially on assassins. I can hear lee sin's q being even more ridiculous than it already is.

–1 Second recall cast time (–0.5 seconds on the Crystal Scar)

+1.5 Additional Gold every 10 seconds
+6% Attack Speed
+4 Bonus damage to minions
+5% Experience gained
+1.5% Increased Damage
+1% Life Steal
+2% Movement Speed
+10% Reduced time spent dead

Thinking about these masteries for AD jungling. Opinions?

Excellent, Blitzcrank is free. Wanted to try him since forever since I can't really play him in PBE since no one is ever on.
It does increase True damage? SUPERCOOL!

It doesnt increase True Damage? its good.

Also for AA with a crapload of ASP that point would be useful too.

- Fizz added (see notes for details on his abilities)
- Akali getting nerfed in these aspects
1. Her Twin Discpline spell vamp is getting nerfed a bit from 10% to 8% upon getting +10 bonus att damage. Which means slightly less sustain for her.
2. Increasing her spell vamp ratio from 1% per 5 att to 1% per 6 att to give her less sustain
3. Her other Twin Disciplines passive - magic damage - is getting nerfed from 10% to 8% upon gaining 20 AP
4. Additional magic damage to AP ratio is getting increased from 1% every 5 AP to 1% every 6 AP so she won't deal slightly less magic damage per autoattack
5. Mark of the Assassin getting slightly nerfed
- Cait now has slightly less movement speed. (I thought her range was going to get ticked down a bit. :f6Smile
- Corki's Phosphorous bomb is buffed, and now reveals areas (but doesn't reveals stealth)
- Essence Flux now designated AoE (likely for item purposes)
- Graves getting nerfs on his autoattack range, base mana, and his Buckshot. Even after he was nerfed previously, I thought he was still kicking a bit too much ass.
- Kassadin's Null Sphere cast range is getting nerfed (He can simply go up to you, toss Q, and get out without a scat. This becomes a major issue during mid-game, when he starts biting really hard). However, Force Pulse damage is buffed for earlier ranks in exchange
- Katarina's Shumpo got remade a bit (see patch preview video for more details)
- Kog'Maw's BaB attack range got nerfed by quite a bit. Simply properly positioning yourself, turning BaB on, and proceed to DPS enemies down from a long (if not, safe) range is quite nuts, and scary at times.
- Malphite getting base armor buffs, as well as reduced CD on two of his abilities to make him more viable for use.
- Master Yi's Alpha Strike and Highlander mana costs reduced. Wait a minute....lolwat?
- Nocturne's E getting nerfed further. I'm now guessing his fear is still a bit too much even after repeated nerfs?
- Olaf's Ragnarok now includes immunity to silences and blinds while its on. This buff was likely done so his ultimate was truly a QSS and "can't CC me while I'm on Ragnarok!"
- Orianna getting some loving here: Her Command: Attack range increased by 25, her base MP5 as well as MP5/level are increased a bit. After the recent nerfs on her, she became almost unviable to play (poor mana regen, crappy range). I'll wait and see how this buff will benefit Orianna.
- Rumble's The Equalizer works with smartcasting now (for those that use smartcasting)
- Expected Sion AP ratio nerfs to two of his signature skills: Cryptic Gase and his shield
- Sona nerfs (see patch preview video for further explaination)
- Teemo's shrooms now have an ammo and a reload bar. He basically gets what Corki has with his missiles right now.
Wow. Noct's E is pomegranate now. Could hardly keep people in range with it before.. now range and teather on it got nerfed.. never gonna land it other than on jungle creeps.

Also, Graves got pooped on, and I can't see how reducing Cait's move speed by 5 is going to bring her down teir wise.
Weirdest game ever. Ranked. We get an afk who gets random veigar then he comes back and says sorry I was pooping. Last pick should support/tank or jungle (Irelia, morgana, Ez(me) and veigar so far) he autolocks TF. Well no jungler and weird comp but their comp sucks too (Taric, Karma, Lux, WW, Rene). The game starts and Veigar starts with a doran's blade. Bottom is Taric Karma and we get first blood on one of them because of veig's stun at lvl 1. All lanes kick ass somehow, we super kick ass, I came out 7/0/10 and had their nexus in less than 35 mins.
Hm slight Akali nerfs...Maybe now people will stop bitching about her.
Also when I expected MF buffs I didn't expect 0.05 AD ratio increase on her ult. What the hell.
Those Tristana buffs OP.

The nerf to Wriggle's lifesteal is justified. It seemed a bit silly that it was potentially the only item you'd need to sustain yourself in lane as an AD champion while FARMING LIKE A BAWSS! "Jungling" in the lane too gud, and you could also freeze the lane just outside of your turret and be k (mostly, but usually you're k). Bonus! Meantime, it doesn't really affect real man's jungling.

The persistent slow field changes... hmm, not sure how I feel about it. It's less of a "lol" now than before, but I guess they want to normalize all tics to 1 second? I'm not entirely sure of all the tic durations for over-time effects that aren't 1 second, except for Anivia's Glacial Storm (0.5 second tic).

LOL no more ninja cap strats in Dominion. Priscilla's Blessing scrapped for now? (Since I don't play the mode, I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. Word on the street is that it discourages the optimal tactics of defending points and hanging out with your buddies.)

On the topic of Soraka vs. Kassadin solo mid, Infuse harass will definitely beat Null Sphere now. Previously it outranged the other by 25, which allowed for Kass to fire off the Sphere if he charged in. Even if you ultimately play support Soraka for the team, I'm finding it difficult to justify doing this based on the facts that a farmed support champion isn't as effective as a farmed anything else, and that there's going to be a stretch of shuffling lane assignments. Not to mention it likely won't sell in solo queue xD

I'm totally going to try this out in my LoL U's 5-mans, and see what results I get.
AP soraka has comparable output to a standard carry. Just much more sustained.

Also, don't forget that the new Offensive tree now has a mastery where it gives you 3% lifesteal. If Wriggles was left the way it is, 21% lifesteal in total might be a bit over the top.

Anyways this patch is really going to keep me cooped up from normals/ranked for some time while I test out every freaking optimal mastery tree setup out there for my jungling and laning champs.
Does this mean I'll have people to play comp games with? Big Grin

While this is true, the practicality of carrying as Soraka via killing things seems to be pretty abysmal to me, given the short range of Starcall. I dunno. I've done it once successfully shortly after her remake, but failed many times afterwards. Prove me wrong if you wish.

Also, Starcall spam on Kassadin doesn't always work. y u lie =(

Shhhhhhhhhhhhh, I was tired. Weekends are the worst for me. xd

I'm just paranoid since most of my intermediate games have a lot of people dcing. Last one wasn't so bad, only 2 people dc'd/left. ^__^v

I don't have much time for much though, just taking breaks between slugging through MULTIPLE PAGE ENGINEERING PROBLEMS!
