In Tespia, when the Elixirs/Power Elixirs glitched and dropped in stacks of 30k, when you relogged or CC'd they reverted to stacks of 100.
If you dropped them in stacks of 100 and relooted, they stayed as stacks of 100. I assume the same thing would happen to these.
