Newbie question about SoK

Well i've never use them so i'm wondering is it possible to use it and move item through the charecter or it is not possible?

You need to formulate your question alot better than this you know, but I'll try anyway.

1.Scissors of Karma only work on items that says it does in their description.
2. After scissors been used on the item, you can trade it or put it in your storage once, then it becomes untradable again.
