everytime i play Annie some stupid pomegranate goes down. Either i get counter picked (but its blind normals so cant really change that) or i get a situation like just now where its 2v1 middle and i cant leave my tower without getting killed by burst.

oh my god I HATE SION. I was doing so well with Riven but Sion who had no defence other than a Negatron and Wriggles manages to just annihilate our team with his IE and double PD. -_- Of course no one on our team has FH/Randuins so...ugh.

Warden works and its cheap... But its a little more focused on Ranged champs (That Move speed reduction its good to catch up if they dont have some permaslow move), otherwise CC his ass away and never try to 1vs1 against him (Heck even 1vs2 could be risky), its pineappleing painfull since he haves a Annoying stun + a shield that gives him artificial health + Natural Lifesteal (I should know, Even with noc i have troubles to bring him down alone, usually he screw me with a second stun round since my shield CD its longer than his stun CD)
Edit: Apparently he can ignore some damage from Autoattacks too >.> (Holy pineapple that ult seems like a major pain in the ass during teamfights)

Usually in that case, a CC and insta-gibbing him is the best way to go. If you don't have that, just don't engage. At all.

I thought our Galio would have had the sense to grab them since Yi and Sion had the most kills on their team. Cassiopeia had the most kills from AP and she was at like 5 so...
By the time I realized he didn't have it, and he was building more MR than Armor, it was too late.
Also I don't see Riven as a real offtank because of how hard she scales with AD you should build her like you would a ranged carry. A Caitlyn isn't going to get Randuins/Frozenheart because she needs to maximize her damage; same case for Riven, in my opinion. Triforce+tank items doesn't work with her.
Of course not. My defensive item was Guardian Angel. Also had 2 fully stacked BTs ready for every teamfight. Sion just ate through our team though and then finished me off

Also got pineappleing chewed by a 1.9 asp Vayne in a SR match, bot just loved to feed this vayne and SOLO top was being useless building a warmog and those boots with tenacity... The fun fact is that Solo top was a shyvana! (pineappleing champion that should buy ASP/AD, so buy the pineappleing ASP/AD as soon as you start the pineappleing match so you wont get Outlaned by a pineappleing wukong with more pineappleing ASP/AD than you pineappleing babysitting you and getting you some minions on low health so you can build a Atma its not pineappleing fun... pineapple!), and i did buy a warden/randuin to "Try" and mitigate that vayne but it was too fucking late.

I hate how a lot of people can't think of how to build a new champion properly at all.
Just how people almost rushed triforce or some stupid crap on talon for the longest time until it finally hit them: GEE MY ABILITIES SCALE INSANELY OFF AD, MAYBE I SHOULD BUY THE BEST AD ITEM IN THE GAME.

I don't even build defense on Sion till late game, and then I build a Guardian make everybody mad. Oh you just killed me? NOPE. GA activates. Ult. Full health in seconds. NEVER 1v1 or even 2v1 AD Sion unless you have a butt ton of CC. Trynd players have yet to learn that they cant 1v1 me. OH HES SO LOW I ALMOST GOT HIM.... oh god why is he at full health. ENDLESS RAGE ENDLESS RAGE ENDLESS- stunned. Well pomegranate.
I duo lane a lot as Sion with my friend as Fiddle. I go exhaust flash he takes ignite flash. We almost always get first blood and dominate our lane.
My Sion build if anybody is interested

-Start with regrowth pendant and 1 HP pot
-Build Philo Stone
-Boots of speed that are then made into Bezerker Greaves
-Vampirc scepter which is then built into Executioner's Calling
-Zeal then make that into a PD prioritizing dagger for the attack speed
-BF sword or a new Vampiric Septer depending on what you want more of damage or life steal. Build that into a Bloodthirster obviously.
-Another Zeal into another PD
-Sell the Executioner's Calling and trade it in for another BF Sword
-Sell your boots. Trade them in for another PD
-Finally sell that Philo Stone and get a Guardian Angel
Get Q first and then E. Put a point into W and leave it there til end of the game. Prioritize leveling your R then E then Q then W. The shield won't really help you much at all except for late game farming minions and narrowly escaping occasionally.
For masteries I go 9/21/0 Maxing Deadliness, Cripple, and Alacrity. Putting one point into Sorcery.
In Utility I take Resistance, Hardiness, Strength of Spirit, Hardened Skin, Veteran's Scars, Ardor, and Tenacity. Putting one point in Defensive Mastery.
I'm still experimenting with my Runes for him because I don't have much at the moment. I am currently using Ar Pen reds, Flat Armor yellows, AP/level blues(seeing how viable it is to boost his shield a little bit) and HP quints. I used to use a mixture of AS and Ar pen reds, but I'm still experimenting with the runes as I said.

Well i was buying either Talon/Ezreal/Graves/Shyvana the next time i hitted 6300... Changed my mind, going to buy Sion and play him AD wise for the uber lolz.
When he's low + ult is available, he can bait people to attack him. With enough crit + attack speed + damage + lifesteal + ult effects, it becomes trololololololol. Watch that Sion ult heal up your teammates massively in teamfights for more trolololololol!

AP Sion is quite the bugger - if not OP - early game to mid game. Dem nukes + stun hurt hard.
AD Sion doesn't shine until around mid-game, but he is just as equally threatening as AP Sion once he's up and running. Go 1v2 and watch that OP lifesteal go crazy.
tl;dr - Both AD and AP Sions are a force to be reckoned with. They just have their peak moments at different times.
Edit: While browsing through the forums, I came upon Stonewall's updated jungler list. Nunu's is back up as Tier 1 jungler (apparently can counterjungle like a boss, even though his ganking capabilities got gimped pretty hard), Shaco is on the top end of Tier 2. Shyvana's on the top end of Tier 3. Rammus moved up from Tier 3 to 2 (according to Stonewall's he's a bit better now)
