It is fixed.
They just didn't change current items affected by it, and most people knew 14% was +14 anyway and cubed over it.
Just like you had to cube to get the glitched potential, now you have to cube to get out.

If you saw earlier in the thread, I cubed a 12% LUK epic warrior top, and that was yesterday, after they claimed they fixed it.

Huh, didn't see that.
I assumed it was fixed because I dropped ~30 cubes on my epic top today, and never got any glitched potential.
Either im really lucky, or I missed the glitched potentials when they showed up.(very possible, I wasn't looking at stats much, just wanted unique.)

More confirmation if anyone wants it...

Was just cubing it rare>epic using some of the 5k maple points on my mules, this is the first epic pot I got so I'm leaving it alone.

Acc without shoe: 872
Acc with shoe: 961
Noting of course that the shoe adds 35 str 18 dex, but regardless it's not 44%

I got a pair of 24% avoid epic lelve 69- earrings, the other two stats are okay.
