Another Anti-botting system....
#1
Not sure if this was mentioned before but today i figured out, what i believe to be, An anti botting system. Pretty much it prevents you from rapid CCing. But its more like you can cc X amount of times. (i think about 5) before it prevents you from ccing for like a minute or 2. A message pops up as well telling you that "you are unable to change channels at this time". Not a big deal for most people but somethings such as harvesting require this rapid CCing. Getting tired of this Anti bot/hacking systems that effect the entire player base. The only one that i deem ok is the "100attacks without moving."

And even this never worked as intended anyways. The only class this really affected was legit Bowmasters (each Final Attack activation was counted as a seperate attack even during Hurricane), and why bot as an adventurer archer in the first place? At least it appears to have been thrown out after Jump/Ascension.

That and DB's using PB on Zakum arms.
You've got to get the spot just right.
DB's are probably the hardest class to bot with, along with Shadowers and Buccaneers.
I honestly have never seen a botter who was one of those classes.

You can say that about Mercedes too, but the Chinese hackers in JMS are using them.

No, see, Mercedes has spammable multitarget skills that have range.
They also have AOE's to an extent, another thing that all of those classes lack.

I've seen plenty of DBs botting with blade fury.
Same for CBs/Shads with BoT.
Buccs=dragon strike?

Okay, name an AOE for Shads and Buccs.
A legitimate AOE. 2 plats+.
And I really haven't seen a single bot of any of these classes.
It just seems inefficient.

AoEs are not required for botting and nor are they used for botting.

?
even the common BaM/Ice lightning hackers can't hit multiple platforms at once.
They have kami anyway.
Shadowers ->BoT
Buccs->Dragon Strike

It's not like the AoE matters really because they make all the monsters go to 1 spot in the first place and most botters uses other classes because they want to play the class afterward(changing ign,etc) or has someone that they need to sell to. If they are just botting for items everyone would be using mages anyways. I actually seen plenty of shad botters lol.

Not required, yes used.
Yes very useful.

Hey, I can hit 2 plats (sometimes) on my legit I/L.
Is DS a legitimate AoE?
Doesn't really seem like it.

I want you to show me a botter that uses their ultimate every 30 seconds they're available. Unless you mean AoE as in Ice Strike, which is a main skill that is used no matter the reason for playing the class, no botter will waste their time, sitting around, waiting for the cool down (which almost all AoEs have) to finish.

Botters have a simple-programmed system that consists of maybe 10 seconds worth of different actions. Botting is supposed to be very simple and effective, not for someone to sit there and wait for their cool downs to finish, use their skill, and then press another button to make their program continue. That would be very counter productive.

Mage botter these days all uses pg hack, they can combine it with another attack which contributes to like maybe 1% or less of the kills

I mean AoE as in a non-ultimate.
Ice Strike, Explosion, Shining Ray.
3rd job skills for every Mage.
I can sit on the truck at mp3 spamming Ice Strike all day.

That's not going to help botters since they use kami, Horizontal range attacks are a lot more effective to botters anyways. in majority of the botting spots.

Thats not really botting, its more like afk grinding because you have to move each 100 hit and most people just watch tv or something while grinding mages from lvl 80 to 110 at mp3.
