Empress prayer for Lv 120 cygnus charging time.

I was wondering why it takes forever to charge the skill. Or it seems like it doesnt charge at all?
Do you have to be online to recharge it or does it recharge when you are offline?

You have to be online for the duration of the cooldown. It doesn't count offline hours. All cooldowns work this way.

Going to Time Leap my dawn warrior and let my cousin afk on his acc. And i'll kill skelegons with empress prayer for two hours straight + HS.
I wonder how fast that would go... We are going to try this on saturday/sunday during 2x exp.

Is the echo glitch fixed yet? (And does/did it apply to prayer too?)

I remember last time I got it (few weeks ago) that it stuck around forever until I logged out. It was continuously flashing after the normal time limit, but would never disappear. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the effects were also there until I logged out.

No it isn't fixed. No it doesn't apply to prayer. Yes the buff never disappears and the effects don't either.

Does the cooldown reset when the player dies? Last I checked, ultimates and other skills that had cooldowns were able to be reset when the player died and warped back to town.

Prayer doesn't debuff when you die iirc.
So I'd assume this wouldn't work.
