Question. Are these at all the same as the ones you can buy from PVP?
I have never bought one from that, but I assume they only give one recipe at a time, however, what I'm asking is if they are the same list of equips by any chance.
If so, even if not, would saving these, for legends, land us anything new? Which, people familiar with KMS might know.

I opened up a recipe on a accessory crafting mule and only got level 100-110 belts and shoulders.
Do the recipes you get depend on your crafting level?

 I should really stop caring about opening those recipes on my alchemist (my main), if at least we could get something not sold by the NPC.

Do the recipes you get depend on your crafting level? I got similar results on level 40-160 characters, didn't seem to depend on level of character or crafting. (most of them were level 1, my NL has high level accessory and didn't get very good recipes either)

At least 9 recipes gives the chance of something good. Maybe I should change all my mules from JC to BS for a shot at the 130 weapon / armor recipes

On my new smithing character got 2 level 130 overalls, a 130 cape, 130 shoes, and the rest were the level 70 pvp gear and an Iron Heart recipe, which i'm most pleased about

Both of these question are related in how they can be answered. iAmFear, our resident expert on KMS Recipes and Crafting and such had this question posed during the last event and suggested this to those of us with full or near-full Rising Sun Sets.

Blazing Sun Pendant Recipe - 0.012%
Blazing Sun Ring Recipe - 0.012%
Blazing Sun Belt Recipe - 0.012%
Blazing Sun Earrings Recipe - 0.012%
Blazing Sun Face Paint Recipe - 0.012%
Vepar Bloody Executive Recipe - 0.046%
Ipos Bloody Dual Bow Gun Recipe - 0.046%
DABR is still absent, unfortunately, as are WABR, Special Face Paints, and basically anything good other than 130 armor, weapons, rising and blazing sun.
Of course, these Special Mystery Recipes will only select from your Profession so the percentages aren't nearly as depressing at it would seem especially since Rising Sun equips are now merely uncommon rather than exceeding rare as they once were.

That list doesn't have Iron Heart on it, did it get removed? / just not showing up because it's blacksmith-exclusive? Otherwise that list's not accurate and shouldn't be relied on to say which rare items are/aren't available.
I'm certain they were available cause I got one too, didn't know it was a big deal (it's the first tier heart, 1 slot only)

I still saved the last event on 30 mules, with this event it will be pineappling 120 mystery recipes total of 360 recipes in total when I open them, now just thinking whether I should go blazing sun or new bloody cannon/dual bowgun

I don't think that list is right. No one I know has gotten a Tomahawk recipe, or anything crappy like that. It's pretty much been PvP exclusive for the Accessories and Blacksmithing, and crap for Alchemy.
