Is it low?

I though it was high cause I found one from orange mushrooms in 1min. However, I've been hunting at Female Mannequins for 1hour and haven't got any familiar Frown

The drop rate seems to be ridiculously low for anything level 15 or higher, and enemies level 70+ don't drop them at all i think
