The most controversial Rock Paper Scissors match on earth.

Jon and Holypie held the game up when they had a competition of their own skipping rocks across great lake Southperry. I asked them to stop last night after I saw what they were up to but neither of them responded until just a few minutes ago. And they both said no. So I threatened them with knuckle sandwiches which straightened them out. Jon timidly hid behind a piece of paper but Holypie lashed back with a pair of scissors. He charged toward me but forgot that I am a ghost referee, and as such he ended up charging right through me and stabbing Jon in the eye. Winner, me! Also, Holypie!

The four semi-finalists sit around a square table, each facing their opposition. On the count of 3 (to 3 from 0 not a countdown) they were asked to reveal their hands. Their literal hands. Which they would use to show their decision.

Tay throws out his fist, forming a rock. Holypie swiftly covers it with an open hand, symbolizing paper. Winner, Holypie!
Netto smirks, seeing Holypie's move and decides to copy him, but Francis was one cut ahead as he placed his index and middle fingers around the side of Netto's hand. He uttered a single word, "Snip." Winner, Sicnarf!

As a ghost referee, I sometimes make mistakes.

Today, a mistake was made. I'm not saying it's my fault, but it's my fault.

Netto did not use paper. He used rock. He crushed francis' scissors, and dreams. I'm sorry francis, you're in the bronze match. If you wish to resend your final move (now against Tay) then you may.

So just to be clear

Tay vs. sicnarf for bronze
Holypie vs. Netto for gold/silver.

THE BRONZE MATCH IS DECIDED

Everyone was scattering from the earlier upset that threw our beloved sicnarf into the bronze match and put underdog Netto in his place up in the finals. Every player was given a chance to change their move, though sicnarf was the only one who took me up on that offer.

And just for fun, I'll show you what could have been. Note: this is not the official bronze outcome.

Sicnarf used rock while Tay used... scissors! Sicnarf could've walked home with a shiny bronze medal. It's no gold, but maybe it would've helped ease his bruised ego.

Unfortunately he did take the chance to change his move, and when he did... he chose scissors, which turned the match into a draw; undecided with no clear winner.

When I told tay it was a draw he literally didn't wait a second before responding. Not even a full second. The guy has serious issues.

So now for the final determination on who will walk home with bronze:

Tay used rock. I double checked to be sure. It's a rock.

sicnarf holds his breath and closes his eyes as he tosses out a single, crumpled and tear stained old love letter (to me). It falls on top of tay's rock, covering it. Winner, sicnarf!

We got trolled by Sarah. Again.

I had to triple check my PMs just to make sure neither contestant would come crying to me in 10 minutes saying I had the wrong move. That's why this took so long.

The finalists face off, and then put their faces back on just to give each other dirty looks. They stretch for a solid 15 minutes, preparing their muscles and reflexes. This may be the most important moment of their lives. No, this is is the most important moment of their lives. As a ghost, I can see the future, so I know these things.

Netto spits, it hits Holypie's shoe. Holypie grunts.

Netto apologizes, handing Holypie a piece of paper to wipe off his shoe. Holypie checks his holsters. One rock, one pair of scissors. Whichever he chooses will decide his fate.

He puts his hand on the scissors and proceeds to cut off a handful of Netto's hair, ruining it forever. Netto walks away humiliated and a loser. Holypie wins!
