How is the PAC op? You can already scroll a potential 74att PAC with miraculous chaos scrolls. Besides, it's a jackpot = 1 person gets it in 1 server?

It's so sad that the only thing you guys compare it to is to people who have hacked their brains out and have +36% to everything, on everything.

I don't know why you keep bringing up hacks. People don't need hacks to be OP.

In every other MS version, the total +atk you get on a Cape clean is +3-5, I forget which. It's not that insanely high. +24% on a Cape that already gives +20 attack, and +7 to all stats, before EEs...but right...you guys only think about people who've already hacked everything to high hell.

Other versions aren't getting this cape, so bringing them up is pointless.
And this cape isn't "clean". It only has one slot, meaning that all that attack would theoretically come from scrolling.
So, if you insist on talking about other versions, let me point out that this could practically be made in any version with Chaos Scrolls.

Just a heads up, just so you guys don't sound like idiots in the future; "There's worse, so this is fine," is not an excuse for anything.

I would give you similar advice were I not sure you would render it ineffective.
That said, no one said "there's worse so this is fine". The argument is "there's better, so this cape isn't worth the hundreds of dollars worth of Gachapon tickets you would have to spend to get one".

I like how we're arguing the ethics of introducing an item that no one on this forum will see or care about 20 days from now.

Even 140 capes are easier to get than this thing. And that's saying something.

For everyone who says "Werst petch evaar~" remember, this is most likely a filler patch for legend. And besides, it's not like anyone is ever happy with poor GMS. I understand Nexon is a horrible company most of the time, but cut them at least 1% slack. It takes some effort to copypasta.

I was kinda hoping they'd at least put in the changes to professions if they were gonna have a filler patch, but I can wait~

Still, good thing about a filler patch is that this is the perfect time to work on any character I want w/o thinking about class specific events I could possibly be missing out on =]

On the contrary, there have been plenty of patches with which I have been mostly satisfied.
It is because of this that I can be let down by a mostly empty patch that has nothing new to entertain me for the next two months.

They really should design some great Halloween/Thanksgiving events that they can just rerelease every year.

So yeah, this item is fine...because by GMS standards, everyone should have +300% of their main stat. Or at least, that's how you guys talk. GMS is broken in every way imaginable and you guys act like it's fine, but then in other threads peach about it. It's hilarious.

Also, I find it funny you think GMS is so overkill while there's legitimate people in KMS with 500k+ by the beginning of legendary coming out. We will NEVER get that far. At this point, perfect equipment is only a little extra attack compared to what legendary tier can do. At this point, hacked/duped equipment means nothing to that.

Nope. With the implementation of Legendary potential, it was taken out.

I hope that the Wicked Witch of the East's stats are changed based on average level, otherwise I'm not amused.

And when nobody is smegaing it still craps out stupid "[GM Board]" messages every 5 seconds, so that even in quiet Kradia with nobody on yet, I can't look at the screen without getting a massive headache.
