Truly bizarre, the code hasn't changed since at least the 16th and nothing was done to extend the timeouts.
Technically nothing was done to set the timeouts either, they've always been on default.

Make it if the average lag in a world is more than 1.2, all the channels in a world are yellow, or any one channel in a world is more than 3 it triggers that.
