Mmmmmmmm. Last night applied to a 6/7H guild 25 man on Firetree realm and got accepted. Gonna transfer. Raid is tomorrow night. I'd do it right now but they only want credit cards, no paypal. Fucking gay.

Am nervous, these guys clear 6/7H in one night and spend other time/other day on HM Rag. I gotta watch ALL the videos. They also said they want 27.5k DPS....I can't fucking pull that in my gear lol, maybe with tier bonus and some 391s/proper gear.

You should be able to do 25k+ in 359 gear if you're good.

In my almost full 378 gear I can't do 25k, even as an Arcane mage. On a standstill fight with absolutely NO movement like if I was on Baleroc with no crystal duty I might be able to pull 25k, but with my 378s and spirit hat and no tier 4 bonus I don't think I can.

359s don't yield 25k you must be high. 372s I might believe but 359 no fucking way.

You have to learn how to line up your cooldowns + lust + potions properly. If we lust on the pull, our mages are doing 50k+ until at least after the first minute has past.

Why are you even a member there? They infract for the stupidest reasons, I just lurk like a boss.

I do the math too on my own sometimes for certain things, and like to post to answer some people's questions because I do understand statistics to a certain degree.

But meh. Just checked there. They didn't say anything I didn't already know. I need a 5k DPS boost before raid tomorrow. Or hopefully I get some gear and that puts me on par with the rest of them, because they did say they had plenty of extra gear they end up DEing, and only one other mage there (and 1-2 others that applied with me).

Step dad is home, hope to transfer ASAP.

Edit: Dude Russell pomegranate is different for Rogues, more skill = more DPS. For Mages more gear = more DPS. So don't give me that. Rogues can be monstrous if played right, not Arcane mages.

Also I'm a bit concerned with that guild you app'd to. They accepted you, but they are asking for your DPS? Aren't Parses good enough?

I gave parses but my DPS was low because it was from one pug and one guild WoL and I didn't flask for guild and I was top DPS by far. The pug was only for ALS baleroc and ryo and on baleroc I was at like 22k only.

Transferred over yesterday, got a chance to go today on raid. They always make jokes about not ever having a good mage EVER.

Beth, Ryo, Shannox I had no job so I was like top 6 DPS all 3 fights.

Als I said I'd fly as fire, I sucked badly and was worst DPS overall.

Baleroc I did nothing but still did worst DPS because they outgear me lol and I have no tier 4 bonus.

Domo I took an Orb and took one for the team and was like worst DPS lol once again single target fight, their gear owns me.

Stopped there. Decided to not do Rag.

Got a 391 1H sword and lost tier and other pomegranate. I like their loot council though. Pretty sure they like me.

Hehe in one night of a good guild I passed Maikon and his 5/7H over the past two weeks learning with his guild. Am so lucky.

3 days seems a bit extreme, usually high guilds on my server give a 1-2 week trial period for newly recruited members and if they deem them "Bad", then they get axed from either the guild or the raid team.

I totally called the guild you were xferring to lol.
When you said a 6/7H 25m guild, I started looking through the WoWprogress list.

There are a lot of 25 m 6/7h guilds. LOL stalker!

pineapple maikon my chest isn't enchanted wow....

I really do think they like me though, they all outgear me by a good ten ilevels. I outplayed them on the first bosses lol. Rest I got creamed.

HM rag all tonight oh pomegranate, I think they're on phase 2.

Edit tbh though it's kind of true I got carried, maikon learned the fights and progressed on the HM bosses with good people. I joined a group that already had people setup for jobs and had their strata down pact.

No one plays sub do it on assassination and I'll be impressed.

I told you some rogue in my guild went sub for lols and ranked because limit was only 16k. That's like me playing fire or frost...once I get some more gear...and going for ranks.
