Original League of Legends (LoL) Thread

Thinking about applying for a QA job for Riot just for kicks. I'll be super serious about it of course, but I'm wondering how fantastically short I fall of their expectations, not even considering if I have the experience they're looking for =/ Plus, the timing is inconvenient, since I have a senior design course to complete, and it would be pretty damn awful to jump ship as the lead architect.

Just played a match where my team was hell bent on getting kills and not pushing lanes at all. This lead to just me trying to fend off waves of minions at our base as Wu Kong. Even used my ult on them a few times to no avail. We lost obviously. I got yelled at for 'having a noob build' even though I was carrying the team. We would of done better if out Shaco didn't leave mid match. Probably would of won.

I know how that feels..I had a team where Teemo and Katrina had 2x kills about 15 mins in. They would run up and gank stealing any kills we would get. They were fed to hell and we still lost cuz when they would attack our base those two were out in the jungle or attacking alone and rushing into all 5 of them at one time

And if Riot does pull a real surprise with Surprise Party Fiddles....I'll shi't my pants and promptly hand over my money without question.

Well if the leaks weren't posted, the only thing we would have had to go off of was a Riot employee saying the skin WAS in the works. So it technically IS still a surprise lol.

Koggles has disgusting late-game damage. Highest single-target DPS of any traditional carry. Not to mention he can deal both magic AND physical damage, while being able to spec for one or the other.

I played a game on vayne yesterday and kog auto attacked me with w on 3 times and i died ;-;

First Trundle game and my friend had to leave cause he didn't plan enough time ahead

Initial reactions to patch notes:

- Ew GP nerfs
- Gunblade nerfs expected since Riot accidentally'd it a few days back
- Koggles's BAB too good?
- Orianna getting a bit of her autoattack range back

Skarner

•Attack Speed per level increased to 2.1% from 1.44%
•Energize will no longer activate when attacking Towers.
•Crystal Slash Mana cost decreased to 15 at all ranks from 22/24/26/28/30
•Fracture will now heal Skarner if Fracture kills its target.
•Impale duration increased to 1.75 from 1.5 seconds.

Talon's using "Fake Mana Costs", and the only thing they do to fix that is nerf his HP and MP regen? Real terror.

The Skarner buffs are amazing!
GP's "Raise Morale" nerf was expected.

Wut? Dominion Health Packs also gave Mana? Lulz.

Im sad for the 10% reduction in passive exp, no more "Lulz Lvl4 as soon as i leave start point", and i guess more points for defensive play will make the score less one sided to the aggresive attackers (Aka me)

Won't change anything for me, I still play the same way in Domo as I did in AB. Play defensive and try to ninja cap points.

It'll reduce his early game power a little. People often underestimate base Hp5/Mp5 stats and Talon's were some of the best in the game.
