GMS Server Status Discussion < 10-31-2011

Would it be difficult to add the nexon.net or maplestory.nexon.net websites too? Lately it has been the maplestory website as well as maple that has been down. I'm wondering if it's a network hardware issue at nexon or if the problem lies with the game servers.

No need to wonder. It's a network hardware issue. The website as well as their other games all go laggy-to-timing-out at the same time.

Probably to patch the dupe method that went public a few hours ago.

pffft, such optimism. It's not working hours in California. If indeed there's a public dupe out, it will run uninterrupted until at least 10am pst tomorrow.

Most of the time, whenever a login server goes down, so does the website.

And again is all green, I bet they have a cable that hangs from one building to another that had to be use since they moved all the servers to that other building and the lag spikes are squirrels playing with the cable that is hanging out of the window and at night is a couple of owls thus why the lag spikes are worse but less frequent.

And again is all yellow/red. I was just about to get back on to train my mage for the Gratias ring
