I get around 0.65% per clear of Hob King / Kenta / Escape at level 196, so I'd say the EXP is definitely great.
Glitched LHC is still better, but the PQs are definitely up there in terms of viable EXP.

PQs are incredible experience up until 135-140ish. Then it's LHC all the way, baby. Or Monster Park if you can actually find a group that does it a lot.
