They drop roughly once every 9001 blue moons.

(and probably the recipe, too) Until then the 20 att and 30 boss is effectively locked out for any class except thieves. (ironic since they benefit the most from 30 boss thanks to SP...)

Switching to those Stirgeman Pants caused me to not be able to equip my E.Staff without MW anymore, and this was the only viable option for gaining a couple more Luk I could think of, and it went rather well.
Not a single White Scroll has been used on this top. All 9 60% Top Luk/60% Armor Luk have worked. Pretty proud of it, lol.

Knowing botters = cheap/good advantages, paid only 10 mil or 1 superior crystal for each and some for free, while about 10 of them were just from people randomly dumping them for like 500k lol But gosh I don't know if this took 2 or 3 month lol, and I tried to get to know as many ppl that botted as possible just for this lol.

anyways, I can at least get the 4 set effect without sacrificing my 26 att vss, and hope the overall can replace my top+bottom combo. If the attack drops I will just wait for complete innocent scrolls. My current cape is just 15% dex
