4set gives +15atk, he said the empress set only beats top + Bot combo if you have 4P set or more.

Also I'm guessing Glove + Boot + Weapon + Helm would be the best combo once Empress is killable? Keep the Top + Bot combo and get the 4P set bonus.

Good f'ucking luck getting 200 dream fragments to forge the cape. Afaik capes don't exist unless you're a thief.

nah, glitched % can also be other %'s, let's be honest, when have you seen a unique equipment with "+X stat" lines

Unless you scroll your top/bottom with armor for att scrolls with each having at least 30% str with legendary pots.
