You could probably sell them for like max mesos and some godly equips, but since you seem to have those already, i'd keep them as show off piece too =P

You take 1 Tao of Shadows, 1 Tao of Sight, 1 Tao of Harmony, 100 Black Crystals, 30 Typhon Feathers to Joko the Ninja (or is it Fiona? One of the Crimsonwood Ninjas) and you trade it for 1 set of Balanced Furies.

You do need to have completed the Ninjas' quests to have access to forging abilities.
