I didn't need the 100 tokens, but I got it anyways! Why wouldn't you spend a measly 100NX for 100 tokens?

Do you have to buy 100 tokens for the sale to work or can you buy let's say 60? Because I might hop on to spend this little nexon I don't know what to do with...

It's a 100 nx, 100 token, 1 time only complete package.
