Yeah, that seems a lot more accurate. Actually, why are you people from Rio Grande totally different from other Brazilians? I've been to SC and Parana and in both states they use different churrasqueiras. Interesting. I take back what I said, but your meat is still average or below-average.

Depends where you get it, meat that comes from mato grosso do sul is not the same as the Angus cattle that's raised in the west of Rio Grande do Sul (my grandfather does it).

Dunno, we have a very different climate than the rest of Brazil (it's actually cold), different origins (mainly italian+german with spanish cattle raisers), we've even had a history of trying to separate from Brazil.

Which would you rather eat?
I would MUCH rather have the first one.

Me too.

Zelkova Wrote:Vitto, what is your favorite pasta?

Also do you like Gelato? Do you have a cousin Mario? Does aforementioned cousin have a brother named Luigi?

My favourite pasta is.. Bucatini.

And yes, obviously I do! ALL italians do!

I agree.

I've always wanted to try Gnocchi (Pronounces it correctly).

Does anybody here watch Anthony Bourdain? I find it quite awesome that he travels to far lands just to try out their food and see their specific culture.

Reppin the italians. Seriously we live off bread, pasta, and butter. Nothing's better.

...And no beef is better than massaged cow beef. I mean come on, they have employment for cow massaging. 1250$ per 10 oz...pineappleing worth every dollar.

I'm ok with kobe beef, and it's tasty as f'uck, but going as far as buying a 1500 usd beef is just really retarded
