Still keep hunting the Angelic Blessing Recipe?

I'm currently level 127 I'm wondering if I should still strive to grab this recipe. I been hunting at it since level 123 and the drops has been decreased. Am I better off just buying it from the market? (Was hoping to purchase a evolving ring if I found a Angelic Blessing ring to save some cash ) Thanks :]

Well that sucks. You'd think they would at least make monsters up in the higher level ranges drop better recipes, considering the best ones seem to drop from level 70 to 112 monsters.

It's true, now it's only possible to be monopolized by a restricted margin of levels.

Not quite true. Stars seem to still drop, I have got Icicle throwing stars from monsters 33 levels lower than me.

Just had a thought. The monster could have been hit by someone else and I just finished it off. I've noticed I get meso (that I cant pick up) from some monsters that have been hit by someone previously in the map.

I'm not sure if I'm just lucky, but I found my recipe from MDTs in a day or three. I'd say keep pushing for it, but then again, I could just be lucky.
