To be honest, I don't care if Demon Slayers are overpowered in a way that allows them to do an absurd amount of damage.
They should be put in check, but it wouldn't be Maple without the endless rotation of attempting to and failing to balance damage output.
No, what bothers be is the fact that they can do that absurd amount of damage while simultaneously having a survivability level that outshines Paladins in every way.
Oh, and it just occurred to me:
What's the point of having end-game bosses like Pink Bean and Empress be resistant to all element attacks?
None of the top damage dealers are effected by it.

Empress has something like 75% PDR reduction, and a Demon Slayer has something like 80% PDR ignore with their own skills, so potential disabling from bosses doesn't affect them either... Also I thought with max willpower they have 100% status effect immunity.
But the best thing about Demon Slayers is that they don't need mp, and heal themselves while attacking, so bosses with potion cooldown are also no problem.
Oh and at lvl200 they have around 22k HP, that's 30k with Decent HB.
I didn't get though why Zakum wasn't frozen with that boss-freeze skill... o.0

How does being able to ignore 80% of Cygnus' PDR protect them from Potential Disable?

They have 80% ignore status effects, which includes sed/pot disable/pot lock/etc. I don't know about the 80% ignore PDR.

Regardless, even if they did, it wouldn't protect them from Potential Disable or, as he seems to believe, let them totally ignore Cynus' defense (since Ignore PDR doesn't work the way he seems to believe it does).
Also, what skill are you referring to?

Something definitely seems broken since the only skill I see that should block attacks is Force Guard and it only has a 30% chance of activating.
Guardian has an extra 12% chance of activating, but mine certainly doesn't activate as much as his was.

The only way how to ignore so much PDR these days was via potential crap.
And no, it doesn't protect them from potential disable, just allowing to have 80% PDR ignore all the time (well ok, if using Demon Impact), even if potential lock is active.

Don't forget Devil Cry -15% Def
83% Def ignored. Too bad you need to use Demon Impact to achieve this, godly Demon Slayers can easily hit the damage cap with it.

I don't get what you mean here, I'm just trying to explain the PDR ignore stuff in skills instead of items... o.0 he's annoyed at the fact that you two said that pot lock won't affect them, when it does, pretty much he wants you to say "pot lock will not affect their massive 80% PDR ignore." instead of what you said.
and the fact that we have to bleed hp to use a 100%ignore skill doesn't take away from the fact that we have a 100% pdr skill when you said that nobody did atm
