Italian food is great, except for their beef. They don't have good meat and they don't know how to prepare it.

Gotta go with french food for some things. And you don't really know how good the french cuisine is until you come over to France and try it. It's really something else.

I mean, really. In France you never say just "cheese", it's always some awesome name of cheese different for each region and they taste like heaven.

You just can't explain a tartelette aux framboises. It's simply divine.

Which would you rather eat?
I would MUCH rather have the first one.

Vitto, what is your favorite pasta?

Also do you like Gelato? Do you have a cousin Mario? Does aforementioned cousin have a brother named Luigi?

The cheese amount on the first pizza appears to be diminishing at quite a fast pace....

But cheese isn't the only thing that makes a pizza.

If you think danish food and think of this: [Image: 0169.jpg]has anything to do with danish food, you're missing out on something truly amazing.

Danish food is truly amazing: flæskesteg, stegt flæsk med persille sovs, frikadeller, leverpostej, smørerbrød, rugbrød

The first sentence is a piece of bullsh'it! Brazil doesn't have good meat either. And churrascos suck balls compared to our asado. Plus, you cook meat mostly on the flames! The base of the asador is like 35-40 cms of the grill. The meat only gets burnt that way. Silly brazilian talking about making meat! Fish on the other hand... OH BOY, you have the best fish dishes ever. And the most sexy frango dishes too, I can grant you that.

Also, Victor, Italian cuisine rivals Argentine cuisine, mostly because we took a lot of your stuff. Hell, sundays are Italian sundays since forever!

Hey hey hey, don't talk about how people cook their meat in other states. In Rio Grande do Sul people do it a lot like Uruguay, elsewhere they are total noobs.

you people don't cook meat with wood coal, that's enough of an insult for me :p

Do you also use those grills with two legs taller than the other two? I've been to uruguay and we had problems, kinda, getting the meat to cook well only with wood. We managed and succeeded though Smile

Uh, yes we do use wood coal. We use fireplaces made of bricks/cement (normally built into the wall of the houses) none of that movable grill crap. We stick our meat with long sticks and put it far from the fire with only embers, no flames.

Something like this:
