I haven't checked the Xerath skins, aren't they all pretty much the same?

If they actually changed Xerath Particle colors with skins then it would be pretty cool, but apparently due to some limitations (I forgot,something about the particles and pomegranate) they can only work with the coffin. (Thats why all Xerath skins looks the same)

All I read in that red post was "We were lazy to change particle's colors.

CDR capped at 30 or 40? My last game with Xerath i was trying CDR and it capped at 30% O.o

I've always known the hardcap to be 40%. What items, runes, buffs, and masteries did you have?

I Had Ionian Boots of lucidity (15% CDR), Morello Evil Tome (20% CDR) and the Summoner Spells Sorcery lvl4 (3% CDR) and Intelligence lvl1 (2% CDR).

That should have gave me 40% CDR but the stat windows didnt move from 30% and before i upgraded to Morellos, AracnoPulse had a 3.5 cd before and after Morellos.

Wow I'm having some brutal luck with teams lately. Always a leaver or a feeder or both in every game. I'll be sad if my history becomes full defeats Guess I should exclusively play some carries for a bit...
OH and I played Sona for the first time in forever. Forgot how much fun she was, sadly we lost due to 4v5, lol -_-

A little bit of lane freeze! Since this rarely comes up, and compounded by my rustyness on LoL, I don't hold it for long =(

Generally the idea is to always ensure that the enemy minions have more of everything than your minions, and your job is to equalize the push-pull of the minions.

Thought I'd post some... interesting items that were recently added.

(#1061) Lux's Prism: +1.5 Mana Regeneration per 5 / Active:Briefly tags a target area with light. Any stealthed champions caught in the area are revealed for 8 seconds. 1 minute cooldown.

(#1060) Warwick's Firebomb: +3 Health Regeneration per 5 / Active: Sets a target area on fire, dealing up to 50 damage to targets in the area over 10 seconds. 1 minute cooldown.

(#1059) Doran's Scroll: +100 Health / +100 Mana / +8% Spell Vamp

I think its morello evil tome that its bugged, its giving me 10% instead of 20%.
