I am asking the question because an Italian foreign exchange student I often read about did not know what alfredo sauce was, so I would like to ask Combattente as well.

We Italians eat our pasta with alfredo sauce on our couches sealed in plastic watching Italian movies with the entire family including second and third cousins.
