The only permanent Badge there is, is the Hero of Legend Badge, it gives 10 to all stats, 200 HP and MP, and 10 attack and magic attack. It came from Hot Times, basically the 'Lucky Guy Medal' of badges.

Why? its time limited. and not as good as the PVP one, which was selling for about 100mil the last time i looked.

First one I got and the best out of about 6 I've opened.

Got two 3 atk for nl/bm
a 4mg atk for i/l ring mule
and I gave away a 5mg atk to a friend
