Remastered Games.

Shadow of the Colossus HD.
Final Fantasy X remake.

Considering buying a PS3.

Any remakes you are excited for? or do you think the whole thing is stupid?

I think it's nice, but if they are a full $60(USD) then it's stupid, the game has already been made, all they did was slap better textures on it.

That said, there are no remasters that interest me so far.

It's nice for people who never owned / played the game(s) in the first place.
Like I have the God of War Collection for PS3, because I never played the series.

I always thought that remastered games are like puking up a well digested game, and making something that look similar but it isnt with that puke.

Not that i said remasters are bad, just a puke if you already played the original.

I'm really looking forward to both of the HD remakes mentioned - I never got a chance to play Shadow of the Colossus and by the time I got around to playing ICO (I'd owned it since I got my PS2), I was turned off by its graphics. As for FFX... you can never have enough FFX, especially if it's prettier.

Sorry, but I'd like to see Shadow of the Colossus and ICO in HD.

Shadow of the Colossus was pretty visually amazing even at the time it was released, such a beautiful game. i'd waste time inbetween slaying the colossi just running around on Agro and collecting all the fruit/lizards and enjoying the scenery

RECVX HD even though it's already out.
