Evans shouldn't have NX-only skills =[ they should just leave it like that, and take out the part where it says you need it in the first place T^T
He's a legend for gosh sake! He's part of the main story =[ you need to play him!

Maybe nexon decided to make them free-to-play but forgot to remove the evan cs books.
