Crystal Scar Healing effect reduction = 20%

25-(20*25/100)= 20%. Crystal scar only reduce 5% of the Spellvamp on a hextech.

hahaha just had a fun troll game where our team comprised of Janna(me) Annie Lux Brand and Ashe. We actually survived about 55 minutes, sadly they had Morgana who was a huge counter to our AP carries and she became the sole reason we lost. Only way we could kill her was by catching her out of position and having Ashe arrow her :l

I guess if illusions make you happier, then go for it. But without any actual knowledge of the networking schemes and protocols that LoL uses, I can't say if this would help or hurt you. What this definitely does is lower response times between server and client (default response time window is 200 ms), thus lowering latency. If you have plenty of bandwidth to throw around, then this shouldn't hurt to try out.

I'm unsure what you mean by "Illusion", since it's not really an illusion per say, but it does double the output of packets, which is where the Ping drop comes from.

Well it's mostly Korean Mythology, not Japan. Japan's "9 Tails" is a "Trickster", which is completely different from Korea's version. Korea's "9 tails" seduces men by transforming into a woman.

Also stop assuming it's a Rasengan lol. That's like saying Naruto came before Japan / Korean Mythology.

But hey, NexonKR's added mythology stuff to Maple before.

But in all honestly these ideas are more likely to come from manga/anime rather than mythology for the sheer fact that you see M/A everywhere, where mythology its there but unless you are looking for it you are not likely to even look at it.

You'd be surprised at how many idiots posted that on the LoL topic from where I got the image from.
A lot of other idiots are starting to pull the same pomegranate with Warhammer and saying it's a Gears of War ripoff, when Warhammer's been around for 20+ years.
