Well his doesn't seem to work since most patches contains 2 "sets":
1) Coming up first: The main big ol' update (in this case, Ascension)
2) Coming up after the main update: Shitstorm of events.

Pretty sure most of the events will be in the Event Calender starting from now on, or there will be a mini patch to add some events in.

Teasers SHOULD start in sometime in November or so.

After these events are over they will bring in some Halloween events I assume.

Hands gives a bonus to the amount of Diligence Exp the player has as long as the item is equipped. It doesn't really give much of a bonus unless the player needs a few more points of Diligence Exp in order to reach a level that's a multiple of 5.

Plus if you want to use those fancy Dragon Rider weapon bonuses, Hands are useful.

chair is untradeable, i wouldn't be surprised if they were making it chair king again, then again, no way to know, especially since there's no "new mount or chair" except for that one, whatever it is.
