I need to karma over a zhelm and a witch belt. Would it be a good idea to buy the cheap 7-day scissors now before the patch?

Or should I just buy regular ones later? All free maple points BTW so it's free overall, but I would like to cut as many corners as possible...

What are the pros of waiting until after the sale to spend an extra 900 NX? If you have something that requires scissoring immediately I see no point in waiting s;

you're asking if you would save money by buying cheap scissors as opposed to waiting and buying expensive scissors???

Just in case you're wondering, the scissors last 7 days, if you use them on the item you want to transfer, the effect lasts an infinite amount of time until you trade it once. There really isn't a good reason to not buy the scissors now.
