On that note, am I the only one that invites other Southperryans?
I'm mostly more of a "take invites" kind of guy. Otherwise, I'm looking at the forums, chatting it up in LoL U, and being too busy to commit to a game.

Playing anything in Elementz's god tier and constantly promote your own choices while demoting anyone else that doesn't conform to the tier list. Feel warm and fuzzy because you play OP champs and Elementz said so.

But I don't play op champs. I play Lee Sin! He's balanced. C'mon, riot said so :3c
Also, the who leveling E thing is really dumb. Might as well play gangplank.
If you're going to go against the norm, you should be able to quantitatively proof why you do it.
Leveling E early on delays levels into Q, effectively destroying your early game burst and ability to go tanky right off the bat. It also implies you prioritize jungle over ganks.
Too much of "I like running it x way" despite being horribly ineffective.

What's his "God Tier"? Tier 1? That's like 1/3rd of the champion selection

Oh yeah someone mentioned graphics.... I have an intel i5 which is supposed to be able to run this smoothly but I'm always at 30 fps, used to it but any tips for going up to 60 without downgrading graphics much?
Edit:

Updating drivers might get you a few fps but it sounds like you might be getting bottlenecked somewhere, probably your VGA. Basically, if it's integrated into your motherboard or shared ram, GG. Just getting 30 is some feat.
Also pineapple Elementz. He plays support. Real men laugh at support. Or play AP carry taric.

Here's hoping updating your drivers doesn't cause similar problems I had. ATI cards can "Gray Screen of Death" on you if the updates cause faulty collisions with your card. It's what happened to me and I had to rollback the drivers, which is why I need to test a couple more Dominion Games to make sure the rollback was a complete success so I don't have the same problem during a SR game.

So, here's what I've been thinking for the lane control guide...
-- Master last hitting. Hurrr durrr!
-- Know how to last-hit under a turret. You'll need to hit a melee minion once after a turret hits it twice, but you'll need to squeeze in two auto-attacks to last-hit a caster minion.
-- Learn when is a good time to recall. Strictly speaking on a timing sense for early game, good times to do this are when the minions are pushing up against the opponent's tower (except versus champs that excel at pushing, such as Sivir or Anivia), or, in a duo lane or a team comp with a jungler, alternate on who recalls so that there's at least one champ attending the turret.
-- Predict where the minion battle line will be. This will always be in the middle for the first wave, but subsequent waves will require prediction by how fast the minions are dying, and the progress of the next minion wave (there will always be two waves visible on the minimap early game, except mid lane). Ideal placement of the battle line is just outside of your turret's range, as you don't have to compete with your turret for kills. This skill is also useful to learn when the game progresses and your team can't always be attending to the lanes. If a minion wave pushing your lane has about 1-2.5 waves worth of minions, and the battle line stops within the turret's range, chances are you don't need champion intervention, as the turret will sustain little to no damage.
---- If the enemy minion waves are snowballing against you, it wouldn't be such a bad idea to auto-attack to soften up the wave. This is to prevent a large wave from getting hits on your tower, but better yet if you can control the waves so that they're sitting in your ideal zone, that's gravy. You're making it a bit harder to score last hits by setting your attack on "cooldown", but with skill and practice, it has negligible effect. If the conditions are right, you can make the battle line sit there for however long as you care to.
---- AoE CCs can be used to influence where the next battle line will be at. Don't do this if said CC is the only thing keeping enemy champions at bay, or at least punishes them for attacking you.
---- As everyone knows, the larger minion waves will push themselves to the enemy turret. Assuming there isn't already superior numbers of at least 1.5 waves, it's not as simple as clearing an enemy minion wave then letting your minions do the work. Timing has a part to play, and knowing when, where, and how the next minion skirmish plays out helps you determine whether the lane is self-pushing.
-- A lane that spawns super minions cannot be reversed without champion or super minion intervention! Yes the inhibitor respawns eventually, but it will just get destroyed again. And again. And again. Make sure to clean up the super minions before leaving the lane alone.
-- When pushing, ward choke points so you'll know where and when the enemy is converging on your position. Generally mid-late game this will require two wards. Be especially wary of speed demons like Rammus.

Champions like lee sin or udyr and to some extent, Nasus and irelia are exceptionally good at lane manipulation; you can freeze your lane right in front of your tower and zone like a mother. I saw voyboy do it once. WHAT A BASTARD.

These last couple of posts make mad for some reason.

1. THIS MAKES ME MAD BECAUSE IT REMINDS OF ME HOW THEBLACKMAGE NEVER LAST HITS. HE NEEDS TO LEARN THAT IT PUSHES THE LANE. HE GOT LUCKY DURING THE LAST GAME YESTERDAY BECAUSE THE OTHER LANE PUSHED TOO. HE ALSO HAS TO REALIZE THAT 20 LAST HITS EQUALS ONE CHAMPION KILL AND HE CAN'T DISMISS LAST HITS AS "DUMB THING I HAVE TO DO."
2. IT MAKES ME MAD ABOUT HOW CAITLYN CAN'T 1HKO MELEE MINIONS 2 SHOTTED BY THE TOWER IN LANING PHASE. I EVEN HAVE THE DAMM AD QUINTS AND 9 AD PENETRATION MARKS AND 21 POINTS IN MASTERY AND I EVEN PUT POINTS IN THE OFFENSIVE MINION MASTERY FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.
Oh, and Cho'Gath can 1hko caster minions that are 1hit by the tower with his E.

Yes, people have different opinions, but when you argue against someone who gives their opinion and they proceed to pass it off as fact, it's complete ignorance and leads to the scenarios that came and passed.
The entire thing is over now anyways. I Ultra Ignored the kid for Solic, and now your, sake.
Yeah, I apologize for that. I was still aggravated from the arguments earlier yesterday, so I was a bit flustered when you came in. I rarely play the "You're Bad" card, but I went overboard with it these past few days.
I want to make clear here that I know exactly what was going down and I simply thought you took things a little bit too far and called you out on it. I realise his opinion is a bit controversial, but if you don't respond to those things in a calm manner, then it doesn't get your own point across and makes you look stupid as well.
To that guy above me making a to what seems to me a general laning guide I'd like to add that it's a good idea to take note of anything that will usually interrupt your laning. Global abilities and especially what junglers are playing. A Nocturne/Shaco has caught my team off guard so many times because they thought the ward would keep them safe. An obvious tip should also be that it's usually a good idea to push when the enemy is absent or at least without his laning partner as this would make your 'advantage' which would normally be expressed in levels and a small amount of gold higher in gold terms because the turret speeds up minion deaths and it also makes it more difficult for the solo player to last hit because last hitting at turret is harder especially while being poked. (Example support Taric at turret bottom lane with Caitlyn and Janna poking him because Ashe was forced b) Also paying attention to your enemy summoner spells and items and building accordingly should be a tip as well. Also calling missing could be of great help to your team. Lastly it'd improve your laning ability to play the champions you've trouble laning against for once to spot their weaknesses and learn to exploit them. This also improves your general play in teamfights and hee it might even get you a brand new champion that you enjoy!

I mean the first response was like, totally something I'd say LOL.
Only because you mentioned BlackMage.
2nd response, I can relate to. There's been plenty of times were I'll time the hits, but my last hit will leave the minion with <10 HP and then it dies.
The "Wriggles" quote I know of, because Aynia's too good for Wards.
Although I'm a bit guilty of that as well. I use it whenever I can, but there's cases where I didn't know the ward expired and I'll run around without a ward placed for a good while.
In other news...
Riot confirmed Dominion will eventually have a RANKED option in the future.

Tanky champs or champs with Wriggles can do this, yes. Zoning not included, cause other than CC machines like Alistar and Blitz, I don't know what you're talking about.

Hahaha xD So much caps xD
If you're not going to ward for yourself, at least do it for the team =/ I could give less of a shyt otherwise if you have perfect map awareness.

I would like to know where your team thought wards would keep them safe. If they're wandering into your jungle, then advanced tactics will have to be employed.
The latter half of this quote is wandering into territory beyond the lane control guide. Yes, it touches on lane control in some way, but then again a shytton of stuff does for nearly everything.

Wow, I'm impressed. First time I actually read/agreed with something Aynia wrote (no offence, you're pretty abusive most of the time )
And on average, Duo gets 82 cs per game

Whenever I have below 100 CS in a SR game (When others have over 100+), I feel like I'm doing terrible.

This is usually a mark of how "into the game" you are. I can tell if I'm going to have a good Vlad or Ashe game based on how often this happens to me (and Purp too, since he plays Nasus, but I don't recall him ever being inconsistent). Well, either that or it's a snowball gold thing.
