Tradability question about those level 120/130/whatever craftable accessories.

Been wondering.

They're marked for "untradable after you equip" and "use scissors to trade 'em".
Which of these are they:
A. Tradable before you equip them without the use of scissors; it's just letting you know if you DO equip them you'll need scissors if you want to trade them later.
B. Untradable without scissors before you equip them, and unscissorable if you do.
C. Other.

I made hp hound earrings (130 allstat+4 200hp) - untradeable w/o scissors before equip, unscissorable after. so glad they turned out 3L lol
