Where'd you get it from?

They're themes run on Rainmeter's environment. The clock on the left is called Termina, the circle is Steam Wheel, I believe. You have to do a lot of customization, but that's most of the fun.

This was my desktop with rainmeter on, but it took up too much of my computers resources so I turned it off leaving just the nanami background.

Re-did my desktop today between debate rounds.

I got my own laptop now (gf gave me her old one)

New laptop, newer OS, new wallpapers. Dual monitor action.

Here, due to 4.1Mb filesize.

Changed up some stuff, but still with the same placement of things.

Is there a simple way to add clocks to wallpapers?

You'll have to use rainmeter, you can really modify that.
