Hahaha that was a really fun episode. I knew Discord is going to turn back into a statue, and throughout the entire episode, I was amused by his funny, yet sinister character. The climax does felt a bit cheesy though. Seems way too easy to transform all the 5 mane ponies back to normal and defeat Discord.

Favourite bits of this episode:

- Flutterpeach all the way
- Destruction of Ponyville and how completely random it is at times
- Rock's name is Tom (Lol at Fanon Dan)
- Ninja Rarity
- Spike having a period
- Spike replacing Rainbow Dash as Loyality and fearing RD will find out he took her spot
- Laid-back Rainbow Dash
- Discord drinking the glass (literally) and threw out the chocolate milk and explodes
- Star Wars Ending

That's all the parts I can think of. I'm sure there's more when I'm gonna rewatch.

Twilight was determined by Celestia to have huge potential in magic, so her determination most likely made her magic potent enough to reverse the effects. And let's not forget that anti-magic bubble. Her willpower bolstered her magic.

That was a hilarious episode, I love when Spike became the new RainbowDash, also Flutterbitch as a whole. Also, I wonder why there was no Luna ):

The ending was kinda corny but StarWars saved the day.

To be fair if Discord didn't get overconfident when he saw the Elements fail the 1st time, I'm sure he would have hightailed it out of there the 2nd time Twilight activated the Elements. Then we could have said hi to a recurring villain.

Back from my trip with the university, just watched the episode in glorious 1080p

Not gonna nitpick many scenes here but the episode was generally awesome. Loads of great moments for everypony. The ending felt rushed and kinda simple, but I guess we all know by now that with ponies it's more about how you get to the end than the end itself.

I'll come make nitpicks when I rewatch it tomorrow on a clearer head, I'm too tired now from 4 nights badly slept, lots of alcohol and singing.

Kinda disappointed he was just like "oh...?" and got defeated. I would have enjoyed him being a recurring villain. I guess the 6 ponies being the heroes of the town is something reserved for the first 2 episodes of each season. Still this means more ponyville shenanigans. My only expectations for this season is that the cutie mark crusaders find their cutie marks. </3

(I rarely post in this forum, but, eh, I "joined the herd" not too long ago, and these magnificent ponies might make me be more active around here)

Definitely felt like the episode was rushed towards the end. It would've been kinda cool if The Return of Harmony was a three-parter instead. Still, it was pretty awesome, and the Star Wars ending was glorious.

Also, chaos'd Apple family was pretty hilarious. Applejack reverse eating an apple, Big "Dog" Mac and new-hips Granny Smith provided a few good laughs in that scene.

And the fact that the new remastered theme is going to appear in Episode 3 has gotten me HYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYPE'd already. I do not believe I'll be able to wait (at least) two weeks.

The new episode was great. In my opinion, this would have been a good way to finish the first season.

You know, if the story was spread across three episodes instead of two, I think it would have been even better.

Note that these (except maybe for the storyboard) are just kind of rumors and they're not confirmed, but they look pretty legit to me!
