Kayle's old passive was terrible. How is -15% Armor and MR "nothing"? On a side note, Xypherous definitely doesn't belong on the live team.

It was definitely strong, but it balancing terms for the game it was terrible.

Because of the "free gold" nature of her passive making her overpowered when fed, they had to give her a piss poor early game to compensate. She was ridiculously farm dependent - if she had a poor early game or ended up gold starved in any way, she became a walking R button for the next 30 minutes. If she had a strong early game she'd steamroll the enemy team with mixed damage while throwing out strong heals and 3 second invincibility. She could support and carry both at the same time.

As you guys probably know by now, it was confirmed that Shurelia (forum name(s): Shurelia/DarkShurelia) has left Riot to pursue her future endeavors. But someone on the forums asked her if she would play with him for his birthday (and to say goodbye to her one final time, I guess, haha). I joined in to help him + see her too.

tl;dr - Shurelia went top, our Yorick went mid, and me and Soraka went bot. Initially I wasn't doing so well, was in pretty bad positions a few times. And sadly, I should be playing this when I'm not that tired because I got caught way too many times, which limited my effectiveness by a bit. >_>

Anyways later on we caught the other team at Baron and we pretty much wiped them out. This gave us the advantage as we were able to push and take out 2 inhibitors, with 3 small fights in their base while we were doing so. Eventually, we won.

Shurelia was very aggressive on Leona, probably the most aggressive Leona player I've seen to date. No joke about that. She had a lot of guts taking solo top lane, but she knew what she was doing.

Hope her leaving doesn't delay stealth rework.

Anyways, in a game last night with 4 other SPers, our team comp was something like Lux + Jarvan + Cho'gath (me) + Miss Fortune + another squishy character. I went full tank as usual (with 40% cooldown).

Anywho after the game (we lost, it was somewhat close though) BlackMage PMed me after about why I didn't build at least some AP, and I countered with some arguments about how I doubted that we were tanky enough and we needed a full tank (Blackmage went offtank on Jarvan). I was rather harsh about it too, trying to imitate the way that he defends himself (although admittedly I doubted he caught that )

Later I was thinking though about whether or not I should've gone slightly more AP, by buying a Abyssal Scepter or Deathcap or RoA or Rylai's something. My build ended up being

Ionian Boots + Frozen Heart + Banshee's Veil + Randuin's Omen + Thornmail. We were up against 4 Ads and a Brand.

And yes even with all of that armor I died rather quickly, I counted 3 last whisperers and a black cleaver.

Man, I rarely get to use Amumu in ranked. Stupid 1200 noob bans.

Just read through a DarkShurelia Q&A thread, and according to Shurelia Triforce is pretty good on Leona. Not saying I have doubts about what she says, but hmmmm

Also.....I chuckled at the last statement.

Well for the first couple years I was making the money and Randuin couldn't get a job.

I didnt play jungle but i did custom before and tried jungle he's wicked in jungle too
But i still prefer lane
And to corn what's wrong about off tank jarvan

I wasn't complaining about off tank Jarvan .

So now that everyone has got the chance to play a fair share of dominion games, how do you guys feel about it?

I personally prefer classic mode because I really think laning is a very interesting and more strategic game whereas in dominion it's (for now maybe) rather unbalanced and not as strategic. I also somehow find ragers much more common in dominion. I think it's a great iniative for when you're short on time and you've to make sure you're done playing by that time and just to give you something differnt but it's far from superior to our precious summoners rift.

Dominion wasnt made to be "Superior" to summoner rift, it was made to be a different game experience than what most people are used to, and i like it since its more fast paced than SR also the fact that K/D/A ratio can give you a advantage but its not the absolute factor to count whenever you win or lose.
