About training speed of gunslinger, I've been level 70 after 2 weeks pure grind, and that on 1x exp.

Ummm...Do you mean it took 2 weeks to get from 1-70, or that you have been at lv 70 for 2 weeks? Cause it took me 2 days on my xbow to go from lv 70-71...and I was at zombies. lol

monday - friday I grinded about 8~10 hours a day, saturday and sunday 12 hours upwards. And I'm talking about real grind :p General playing time was a bit more than that ._.

Level 1 - 70 took me 14 days grinding on 1x exp.

And I leveled...
10 - 20 Pig Farm (Mini Dungeon)
20 - 25 Sandbunnies (Ariant)
25 - 30 Sandmoles (Magatia)
30 - 37 Teddies (Ludibrium)
37 - 51 Iron Mutae (Magatia B-1)
51 - 65 Roids (Magatia C-1)
65 - 70 Roids / Neuhuroids (Magatia C-2)

Which would I benefit more from (exped Bucs only, please), 30 base dex using a level 90 knuckle or 20 base dex using a level 80 knuckle?

The general rule is Weapon Attack > Stats, if I were you I would go with the level 90 Knuckle. Besides, you get more benefit from the added Weapon Attack rather than the 10 extra Str and a level 80 Knuckle.

I heard that 100% gun/knucle scrolls were made and not bought from an npc. Is this true? If so what are the materials needed for 100% gun scrolls?

Is Energy buster used in training alot? when energy charge is charged?

This is not true. Though I haven't gotten past Orbis on my Gunslinger, I do recall Gun and Knuckle scrolls being sold at the Ellinia scroll NPC.
