How was your day?
Mibs Wrote:Super excited to be able to hear out of my right ear again tomorrow, provided my appointment goes as planned. (The last 3 this week haven't).

What's wrong with your right ear?

I don't think anyone can fathom how much I wish I was in Hawaii right now, it's driving me crazy.

My day was beyond shitty. I spent all of last night and the majority of today in the hospital for heart related issues. I'm glad the ambulance got called when it did last night.

My day was pretty fantastic.
Had my MRI on my knee last night. Trippy as hell, I'm not going to be doing hallucinogenics any time soon.
Went in to see what was wrong with me, and they told me it was bruising in my cartilage. I'm out for 3 weeks, but no surgery.
Then I got cookout, which was fantastic.
Then in our game today, we beat another school literally in the last seconds. We get to shave our coach's head tomorrow. Or style it, I forget. But if it's styling it, I'm going to try for a reverse mohawk with checks shaved onto the sides (like the Croatia uniforms for people who follow soccer).

Besides getting tired of this little s'hit that is in my AP Psych class that thinks he's so cool when he comes up to me just to stand there and knowingly irritate me, pretty solid day. Gonna start really looking for a job.

The fact that I'm a helluva lot stronger than I look finally hit me today. Confidence+1?

A lil bit late, but yesterday i had my first day at college, i was there for 12 hours, from 9am to 9pm with only 6 hours of that being lessons Tongue
Despite being tiring and boring inbetween lessons... it was hella fun, i had a real good laugh, met some old friends which i wasn't expecting and even managed to hold a friendly conversation with a really nice (and hot) guy in my class, which was really... natural and not like me at all.

I'm glad to be out there and breaking out of my comfort zone a little, things are looking up!

Also, i still have my job, so i have college and work going for me at the same time, i feel really lucky given the current state of employment, getting my job was pure luck and getting on this course was pure luck, especially since its only open to 19+ students and i got on it being 18 Wink

Identity theft was a fun thing to experience. I hope they had a good time on my dime.
Tequila was definitely a bad idea. Why the hell do people still drink this stuff!
If it doesn't rain soon, I'm gonna have to break out with some good old fashion rain dancing.

Also, PDA's are just gross, get a room!

Bah. University isn't going as well as last semester. Last semester I flew through everything, now I'm just scraping that 90% in my assessments. I know it's nothing to sniff at, but still.

Just. frustrated. Lately I've always had a million things to do and about 23 minutes to do them. I hate and am sick and tired of living so much on the edge, but I can't help it if I don't have any fucking time to fix it! It just kills me.

Too many times a day I wish I could enter the DBZ hyperbolic time chamber and just get pomegranate done.

Target -finally- got back to me on my job application.

I didn't get the job.

Today's better than yesterday, where I had to work about 10.5 hours nearly straight. @_@

Learning about case studies, surveys, and the brain in AP Psych. Learning about public polls, studies, and why we vote the way we do in AP Gov.

At the same time, this makes it easier to remember everything because it's basically mutually studying. Muahahaha! Heart

But ew, the brain has so many parts too it it gets icky.

went to a college class drunk for the first time today. morning drunk. one of those drunks where you wake and say "oh great i don't have a hangover this is marvelous" and then immediately bust out laughing and realize you're still drunk, and that's why you're not hungover. still took solid notes in algebra though. no hangover now because i've eaten nothing but carbs all day, but i'm definitely not going to be able to work out later. the liquor store is going out of business so everything's 50% off, so a fifth of vodka is like $5 and a handle is about $10. we spent $100 there the other day, most of it on vodka, but we also got a few cases of mike's hard.

we only drink maybe once a week, so i'm not sure what we're going to do with all of this.

oh right, have a party.

80-proof adventures aside, i'm making a necklace for one of my best friends who's like my sister because her birthday's in a few days, and a picture frame for another best friend who's like a sister who's moving six hours away for college tomorrow. i've also been playing a little torchlight on my xbox, and i'm about to go to the store to get eggs for french toast.

exciting life of a college student.
