How can I get to that other page of the GMS status in which you see every channel, every server and even the login servers? I can't find it

i meant mostly how a full scania crash happenned, not just channel by channel like we are having right now.

I couldn't chat/go into portals/change channels. Tried relogging, and I can't even get into the channel select screen for Windia =/
