Teacher who I am very close to, after being out most of this first week due to "surgery", announced she had breast cancer. And then went straight to talking about how it would affect the class schedule, before asking us how hard the work we were doing was. Which... kinda threw me a bit. While talking with two friends that were in the class later that day, one of them brought it up (which I was kinda grateful for) and we briefly talked about how she had just dropped it out there and then moved on, and what that might mean.
Just... an odd day. Everything feels wrong.

Spent the entire day in the mall with my faghag and flaming friend who wore 6inch heels. Got in touch with an old teacher, she's helping me get a job somewhere. Things are looking up, hopefully.

Had a 7 hour band rehearsal today. We learned choreography and it's really intense. The dancers and guard members lift one dude in the air and we "sacrafice" him and we all do like, these tribal movements and it's so COOOOLL FdfasdfljkdfG

Had state games for Special Olympics Connecticut Unified Softball. My team got gold in our division despite coming in last for the past 4 years. Our old coach/one of the two people who started the team was crying pretty hard when the last inning ended in the championship match. She's moving to Texas. All the other SOCT events I do with her are gonna be weird with her not around :\

I woke up at 6AM today.............and then watched Drop Dead Diva and a SMW stream all day. I also started running my mating tamagotchis again.

Worked my ass off as usual. Received my first US paycheck this Friday, though. Feels good man.

It's a relatively high amount, but it's not much when you know of all the different languages out there. What do you qualify as "knowing to program"? I probably don't know enough to grasp the extent of work required for that level of mastery, but I'm still curious. Also, do you have a favorite language?

A mental block incapacitated my thought process today.
Just what I need when trying to do Calc III homework.

Super excited to be able to hear out of my right ear again tomorrow, provided my appointment goes as planned. (The last 3 this week haven't).

Watched the Rebuild of Evangelion (1.11 and 2.22) today for the hell of it. Always great re-watching them.
Gotta start on English now which... I'm actually kind of excited to do because it's more history-esque and not just an influx of short stories that won't help me in anyway possible. |
