Original League of Legends (LoL) Thread
Darkmaniak Wrote:Malzahar does have sustaining, if you take a couple of HP pots you'll have no trouble, his DoT gives him mana when an enemy dies with it. Also I'm not sure about CS advantage, Malzahar doesn't even need to be looking, his CS just grows by 5-6 when he throws the DoT move on a wave. I think Malzahar pretty much had mid done without even trying because he gets the creeps, has easy harass with q/ when E reaches the enemy champion, and then at 6 he can full combo you with ignite and make you b or kill you.

Taking a few hp pots with you being required means you've no good sustaining.... You won't catch a Lux in your combo because she outranges you in every way and every idiot knows you should flash out when malz lays that pool if you ever get caught out of position that way or if he flashes in. I rarely find myself not being able to dodge his silence and even then I don't think it outranges any of luxxes skills. I usually do have problems stopping his farm whenever his DoT gets maxed or he gets some ap, but that can be solved by keeping up a good harass and forcing him b or cannon minions or tanking one of it with your shield. I think malzahar could be a great champion against some like Annie but Lux outdoes him in the laning phase at least in my not so humble opinion I guess.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

xD
Why are you guys talking about sustain on malz when his laning is retardedly godly already.
Just get a Revolver if it's really that much of a problem, imo.

 Possible Partial Riven Leak

GG Will
Basically how it went down:
>Get invited to a game
>Asked if I had Mumble
>Said I have it, but never goofed with the settings
>Said to join the Reddit LoL server with them
>Typo the server name so I was out of commission for the first game
>Get invited to 2nd game
>Fix typo, enter the server, and go to the channel where they were chilling
>Could listen, but couldn't talk

I goofed with the settings some more, after we were done, and found out my "Sensitivity" was way low so I basically would have had to yell for Mumble to even register my voice lol.
I haven't goofed with it since then, so I have no idea if my outbound is loud or the sensitivity is too high or whatnot.
Lol @ Claw during champ select in Co-Op vs AI (I mained Shaco for this match)

Use Vent. problem solved.

I have Vent, Skype, and Mumble. Problem is the group of buddies I played with today ONLY use Mumble. I even tried convincing them to use Skype / Vent lol
Nalek Wrote:Use Vent. problem solved.

Racist! Why would you punch Mumble in the face like that?

Dark Link Wrote:I have Vent, Skype, and Mumble. Problem is the group of buddies I played with today ONLY use Mumble. I even tried convincing them to use Skype / Vent lol

Each program has their share of ups and downs. I tend not to like Vent because of the latency, and Skype is... not PTT? Correct me if I'm wrong xD It's also less readily useable because of how much bandwidth it sucks up.

My personal favorite is Mumble because its latency is uber low and you can actually tell who is talking in-game if you aren't familiar with everyone. But if you're close to lagging, your chat will break up. By then, you have other problems to worry about.

That said, I can use all three. I find both Mumble and Vent to be equally useable, while Skype is difficult to get accustomed to. (Why does it have to be so fking hard to quit Skype?)
Just got Artic Cait. Get jelly Corn.
WillDaSnail Wrote:Same here, hence why I called him out for BSing. I know for the bottom line that he's not telling the truth. Heck, even shyt he's done (and got reported for) over a month ago is still fair game for ban worthiness.

Inb4 Pendragon comes in and shi'ts all over him.

Pendragon made a word cloud for him.

What disturbs me are the words "Anivias", "wall", "ARAM", and "cheating".

...AND here's the tool to make this happen: http://www.wordle.net/

Monocle

Just found what you were referring to Kaj. That guy fking deserves it (knew this would happen if he kept pushing it to the point of no return). Pendragon never ceases to dish his unlimited arsenal of "PWNT!". GG

Yeah, I'm not too keen on Skype, because there's no PTT. I hate it since my mom and/or sisters' like to come in and start talking to me, thus EVERYONE can hear it LOL
I do like the overlay Mumble has for how you can tell who's talking and whatnot. I liked the feature on Xfire, so major plus from me.
I don't really notice the latency thing personally, because I've never used Vent for LoL or Mumble for WoW. Rather hard to give my comment on that.

Wonder what reward Riot will give to the players if they win....
Congratz Corn on his first Penta Big Grin

Glad to have been there and helped.

Me dying = All planned
Singed knows how to help people get Pentas!
Corn: "Awwwwwwwwwwww yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"

On another note....after me, Josh, Miguel, Kaj, and my friend Gary played premade 5s (and forced the other team to surrender in under 25 minutes for both games), we (except Gary) went to play Co-Op vs AI and the servers just shi'ited on us. =\

And Kaj can hear me now on Mumble! Though I have to apologize for my random chatter, forgot to turn the mic off when my roommate came in. Rolleyes
Clearly the servers didn't want that Rally Singed.

Last year was a free runepage and a runepage cap increase.

This year... either a 2x IP event or an RP gift. Calling it right now!
Riot made the Riven splash even worse!

 New One!
 Old One!

EDIT: LoL is so broken right now, you can't even queue for PvP, Co-Op, nor Custom. ONLY TUTORIAL!
