Major Changes to Weddings on the Way!

Greetings Maplers,

We are currently preparing some major improvements to the wedding system in MapleStory. To prepare for these changes, we have discountinued the sale of Wedding Tickets in the Cash Shop effective September 7. Please use any Wedding Tickets you have before September 21. All existing Wedding Tickets will be removed from the game during the maintenance on September 21 and anyone with an unused Wedding Ticket will be refunded to cost of the ticket. All couples that are married before the maintenance on September 21 will remain married.

We are very excited about the changes coming to weddings in MapleStory. Keep an eye on our website for more details soon.

It seems this will be our new update/patch.

Wedding revamp. Is it me, or this month we are only getting updates that involve using nexon cash?

I really hope one of the changes is to make APQ not so touchy about anyone disconnecting.

Easiest way to do that is make Amos take your entry ticket away only when you enter Bonus Stage. Then you can at least keep retrying until you make it through a full PQ.
(Actually fixing all the stages to work with less people, using platform dogs and rope monkeys or something, would be much harder).

Major improvements? Such as the ability to propose and marry Starling/Crow probably!

Major revamp probably means that contest a while back, what benefits you get from marriage, and maybe an apq change.

Still, I doubt this is new NexonAmerica FIRST released content, most likely stuff that they will be giving us from other versions. I guess anything will be welcomed.

Where did I say we -wouldn't- get it :f6: That's not a CHANGE in the wedding system it's a benefit of it. Plus it was a Valentines day event. A revamp of the wedding system won't just be "be married x-amount of time get this" a REVAMP will be a change in the whole system, not just an event.
