Playstation Vita hype: List of games and EYEPOPPING UNCHARTED IMAGES
#1
I can't start to ramble about how excited I am for this handheld. Every single day new info comes out and ''wow, wow, wow'' is what happens every day. I might be biased since I enjoyed the PSP a lot and a good chunk of interesting games to me are being announced for the initial line-up or to be released in the next months after the console is for sale at the west.

Okay, probable list of games:

Take the info with a grain of salt

Aaaaand, new images of Uncharted: Golden Abyss. Holy pomegranate:

I really really want Sony to be successful with this. Everything looks just... right. The price, the specs, the games... everything. Well, not everything. There are lots of things that can go wrong, like piracy, retarded battery life, and the list can grow.

Sony, I'm sold to you this Christmas.

Well, at least battery life is not on my list of concerns, since I never go anywhere and always have it plugged in. I'll probably wait on buying it until there's something I actually want it for. Dragon Crown is...interesting, but not enough to buy a whole console just for, I would need something like La Pucelle Ragnarok localization via PSN for it to be a 1 game deal. That's why I bought my PSP 2 years ago and I'm STILL waiting on that, so I won't hold my breath for this one either.

I think publishers just hate this country. LOL.

Or you can hope La Pucelle's PS2 version goes available on PSN ?_?

Dat Persona 4 Portable pretty much sold the Vita for me, but I'm pretty excited for that ZoE collection as well. Unless it comes to the PS3 as well.

OH BOY GOD EATER AGAIN.

This sucks. My PSP's power switch is broken so I have to either get it repaired (costs a lot), or buy another (costs a lot too), but I really want a PSV. =.=

Kinda stuck here...

I'm sure you can get that fixed for less than 20 USD.

Most of the stuff I'm interested in either got announced for other platforms (Continuum Shift Extend) or will be Japan-only (Little Busters), so right now the only thing that makes me want to get is P4. Though if the MGS and ZoE collections do actually come out on it, I'd probably get them on Vita over the PS3. Hopefully more stuff is announced, though. :x

The ZoE and MGS collections have been announced for PS3 and 360 for a while now.

Not unless you're getting a japanese Vita you aren't. (Which you may well be)

Also, I would not hope for a monster hunter at launch, capcoms been *hinting* at a 3DS game for a long time too, we've seen how far thats gone.

Has a launch lineup been announced yet?

(Also, in before ubisoft can cancel this assassins creed game because "its been put in the console version" again)

I already have the PS2 version; Ragnarok and the international version both add a ton of postgame content, international removes most of the censoring, and Ragnarok removes all of it. The censoring, by the way, is any religious based imagery in a game about a friggen church. Also, no smoking allowed. Also, no cursing allowed when in actual canon Prier is incredibly foul-mouthed (which, they don't remove the NPC reactions, so EN dialogue/subtitles are kind of clunky).

Man that explains so much. Though it doesn't change the fact that the game had the worst battle system EVER.

If Capcom misses on releasing a MH3P on the Vita early on they'd be stupid. Really. You just have to see the sales numbers for MHP3rd last holidays.

Lol, they did the same thing for the localization of Legend of Heroes... Namco Bandai was terrible at localizing it. XSEED does a much more better job though.

Kinda surprised no one commented on the Uncharted images tho.

Dragon's Crown for PSV is interesting to hear. I wonder if it'll be able to work together with the PS3 version of the game in some way to see if it's worth getting the PSV release.

Oh. So they are. Still getting a PSPita bread though. Might just get the portable versions for Jehuty-ing on the go.

After cancelling Megaman legends 3, Megaman universe, announcing they won't localise MH portable 3rd or Miles edgeworth AAI 2 and still not putting megaman in Ult MVC3, I lack any sort of confidence in capcom doing anything that isn't stupid.

Well, they look very nice, nothing else really strikes me about them to talk about though,.

I'm not sure what's wrong with my power switch, or whether it's a software problem; all I know is that it refuses to let my PSP shut off...it will always go into Sleep mode regardless of how long I hold it up.

Speaking of holding, the Hold function on the power switch failed me a couple times. x.x
