It came in a package with its equip and 2 60% Scrolls for either W.Att or M.Att, so people bought lots of them and scrolled the equip(s).

I think we take 15-20 minutes before V2.

I think he means after they kill all of the seperate instructors it took 25min for her to summon them.
It usually takes us ~5min once we kill the 5 seperately. We don't do anything special, though o_o
