186 Dark Knight Zakum solo

I use Basil more so I posted my video there and man I always regret just existing on Basil because of the community.

I'm hoping to gain subscribers! Subscribe if you'd like to see more and be critical on my commentary as I hope to better it.

that being said, I wonder why this solo is just so damn slow? =/

I'm going to retry a run and make it a bit shorter. Many people said I use all cures too slow. Maybe it was lag because I can't imagine it taking TOO long for me, maybe I didn't notice quick enough. Who knows. xD

yeah..... no. If you only care about subscribers, don't make MapleStory videos, you won't get very many unless you're making very high quality videos.

he said it was his first time zakking, and it kinda shows, then again, you were under some serious lag, i'm going to say your biggest issue was both the weird lag you got, and zakum getting 1/1 and defense up so much.

there's also little quirks and things i do that help me zak a lot with or without lag, like jumping from certain stones and standing in certain places, small stuff like that.

No, not really. I put MapleStory videos on Youtube no matter the amount of likes, dislikes, views, or subscribers I get. I don't care what people think, really.


In anycase, I would suggest reevaluating your approach to Zakum. For starters, I would suggest going after the second arm to the bottom on the left side first, since it causes curse, seal, weakness, and darkness. Killing that alone would easily cut down the time it takes to bring down the other arms.

Oh, first timer? I wonder what you did know beforehand, because those misses were flying all over the place for a whole good minute.

Video was too long, commentary was repetitive (and to be honest, really irritating. You come across as very arrogant when, while your damage is pretty good, it isn't nearly as good as you're making it out to be). I lost sympathy for you having had your 18% whatever scammed because you didn't stop talking about it. Your control was off a lot (starting at top arms, not using all cures for a while..) and there was no editing at all.

If you're looking for subscribers, this isn't the way to go. People don't like to watch these kind of videos. I'd suggest you get a decent editing program (Sony Vegas / Adobe Premiere), speed up certain parts of remove them all together (arms/phys damage guard at bodies) and zoom in/crop so its nicer to watch. Any more than about 4 minutes of this is too much in my opinion, and I got bored before that with this video.

I saw your post on Basil. I mentioned it for like a good 15 seconds and moved on, thats it. I never ASKED for sympathy. I think people get SO jealous of people's items that they ASSUME that person has some sort ego issue. Apparently people have ego issues if they make a video on bossing and ask for advice.
