Greetings players,



DFO is currently running a security campaign asking everyone to change their password. If you have created a DFO character at some point, you may be included in this campaign so if you see a message asking you to update your password or possibly a login error, please update your password on the Account Settings page.

Unless it changed;

Goblin Pad is an interactive security feature used to protect your account from hackers, ignoble fellow players, and malicious third party applications. Though you are not required to use the Goblin Pad feature, it is highly recommended that you do so.

Oh lord my email is so old I forgot the password.
Also the email is from an old internet provider, and they won't let me access it unless I'm connected to the internet through them

As Eos quoted, it's an optional security feature. You'd be surprised at how many stupid people actually don't use it and don't lock their items.

Just logged off Maple and to relog I got the constant "Trouble logging in error?" so I logged on the site and it made me change my password in order to log back in.

Brb on permanent "Nexon game" break until I can get my email changed. Logging into my account on the website requested a password change and in order to do that I have to verify my current email, which as I mentioned multiple times doesn't exist. I've been locked out of every Nexon related game due to this lol.

For people questioning about my Email, it's an "Adelphia.net" email. Adelphia was bought out by Comcast years ago, so the email domain and name no longer exist and cannot be brought back.

Pretty much the same deal. Mine's @insightbb.com. Insight Broadband was also bought out by Comcast several years ago.

they should just do like ubisoft, codemaster, bungee, etc, write a letter saying there was some kind of security breach and reset everyone's password.
